Lusófona University's Degree in Nutrition Sciences contributes to training nutritionists with the latest scientific knowledge, enabling them to practice professionally in all areas of human food and nutrition. Lusófona University's Degree in Nutrition Sciences is distinguished by its strong clinical teaching, since students have the opportunity to witness the clinical practice of a Nutritionist in a real-life context from early on in their learning, due to the NutriAção program. Planning menus and optimizing the cost/quality ratio of meals. - Research and Teaching - Teaching Nutrition Science courses, advanced professional training courses, or other courses in subjects within the scope of their competencies. Developing research projects relevant to the field of nutrition and food sciences and its importance for disease prevention and health promotion. - Sports - Assessing nutritional status, and nutritional needs and drawing up appropriate dietary plans, according to the sport, time of the season, and performance objectives. - Agri-food industry - Collaborate in developing new food products, based on nutritional recommendations and clinical guidelines.
