ObjectivesThe quality of the Deontology and Legislation will be guided by a differentiative attitude in order to offer the student an experience of professional situations in the different health areas surrounding the professional environment.
¿ Students training to consult and interpret the legal diplomas and European Directives regarding the pharmaceutical profession;
¿ To know the Deontological Code that disciplines the Pharmacist and Partners activities;
¿ To know the regulatory norms of drugs and sanitary drugs;
¿ To offer knowledge to discuss, apply and assess the individual social responsibility of the Pharmacist;
¿ To offer conceptual instruments to make ethical and deontological decisions.
Knowledge, abilities and skills to be acquiredThe program is presented is intended to give students targeted knowledge in the relevant fields of Civil Law and Labour Law. It substantiate the choice: in the context of professional practice these notions programmatic enable the recognition of the connections are not always obvious, between the world of life and the legal sphere.
Teaching methodologies and assessmentExpositive classes of volunteer attendance, following the syllabus defined and according to the objectives of the curricular unit.
