Resume

Alvaro Dias. He completed the habilitation (or aggregation) in 2009/06 from the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa. He holds two PhDs: one in Management, specializing in Marketing, in 2006 from the Universidad de Extremadura and the other in Tourism from the Universidad de Sevilla, a Master's degree in Management Planning and Control in 2001 from the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa and a Bachelor's degree in Management in 1993 from the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa. He is a lecturer at ISCTE-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. He has published two hundred articles in specialized journals. There are 17 book chapters and 22 books in total. He has supervised 13 Ph.D. theses and co-supervised 1. He has supervised more than two hundred MSc dissertations. He has received 3 awards and honors. He participates in or has participated as a researcher in nine research projects. He works in the area of Social Sciences with an emphasis on Management, Marketing, Strategy and Tourism.
