Prerequisites and co-requisites
The internship will be mandatorily developed in Clinical Nutrition, Food and Collective Restoration, Nutrition in Public Health, Food Industry, Food and Nutrition Research.
The main objective of the internship is to provide trainees with an integrated exercise of the profession in the work environment in the areas of Clinical Nutrition, Food and Collective Restoration, Nutrition in Public Health, Food Industry, Food and Nutrition Research.
Knowledge, abilities and skills to be acquired
The internship will allow the application and systematization of the skills acquired during the study cycle, the ability to integrate into the work environment, deepen and develop skills in interpersonal relationships, and develop skills in interaction with patients.
Teaching methodologies and assessment
They will be entirely of a practical nature and will include information regarding the assessment of the responsibility of the external adviser who, in his own document expresses his opinion on the acquisition of skills of the trainee. The oral evaluation with the trainee on the trainee report prepared before a jury presided over by the Director of the Degree and consists of at least two elements from related areas, and may or may not include an external counselor. The classification of each trainee will be expressed in a scale of 0 to 20 values and the students must obtain the minimum classification of 9,5 values. Final Evaluation = 60% of the Tutorial Evaluation + 40% of the Evaluation of the Report. There will be no evaluation by final exam
The bibliography will be chosen by the counselors in each institution where the internship takes place.
