To enable the student to master and use appropriate information and communication technologies in the use of productivity software as a tool to help reflection, planning, evaluation of their practices and personal and professional development by: - writing, editing and pagination of scientific documents; - use of data tables, formulas and creation of charts in spreadsheets; - online research and selection of scientific documents; - elaboration of effective and substantiated oral presentations with the aid of audiovisual means.
Knowledge, abilities and skills to be acquired
Prepare the student to perform written reports of academic scope through the use of computer applications, namely productivity software Prepare the student to make an oral presentation of a scientific work using the support of technological tools Provide student experience in the creation of videos tutorials in channel and with own method To enable the student to use terms and scientific evidence in the discussion of a work, through answers to the questions and / or comments made. Enable the student to use different communication platforms
Teaching methodologies and assessment
The classes are theoretical-practical in a b-learning regime through the Microsoft Office 365 platform. In the contact hours practical sessions of the contents of the applied nature through exercises are carried out. Continuous evaluation: two compulsory frequencies are performed on blocks of word processor, spreadsheet and online search. Realization of a work in groups of three elements, with the elaboration of tutorial videos of practical contents of 9 classes, with script and own channel. Realization of an individual work based on research and summary of 1 scientific document, edited in a word processor according to APA norms, presenting it orally on video. The final grade is obtained as follows: [the best frequency (if both are 9 9.5) x 40%] + [group work x 30%] + [individual work x 30%] / 100%. Av. Exam: accomplishment of test with theoretical-practical contents, an individual work and an oral test with presentation and defense work.
