Conviviality Challenges for human resource management

Still in the midst of a pandemic, the war between Ukraine and Russia presents human resource managers with new challenges. However, do the solutions found during the Covid-19 pandemic have value in the context of the Ukraine-Russia war? For example, are (international) human resource strategies and practices to overcome health travel bans adequate to political and military bans? The objectives of this conference are:

1. To assess whether the solutions found by human resource managers during and after the pandemic can be useful in addressing the challenges posed by the war between Ukraine and Russia.
2. To explore, question and critically interrogate the (international) management of human resources in the context of the uncertainty generated by this war.
