Free Course Senior School 2022/23

The Senior School is a new project that aims to promote learning, occupation of free time and health and well-being through a varied offer of training and practices in the areas of History, Culture and Society, Development and Wellness.

  • Digital and IT Knowledge
  • Religion in the Contemporary World
  • The Great Contemporary Social Issues
  • Portuguese and World Literature
  • History of the European Union: community building and global challenges

Active Lifestyle, Development and Wellness

• 4 Modules
  • Physical Activity in Health Prevention
  • Stress and Well-Being Management
  • Nutrition, Pillar of Active Life
  • Circuits, Identity and Memory

Credit Hours

• 60h/ Module - Total Course/Area 240h

Schedule

• Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4h a day, from 2.30pm to 6.30pm, 2h/ module
• From April: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, at the same time.

Note

Each Area/Module opens with a minimum number of 12 students.
