Physiology I
Presentation
The UC studies the multiple mechanical, physical and biochemical functions in living beings. In short, physiology studies the functioning of the organism and aims to provide students with basic knowledge and the different systems are approached independently but always integrating the previously acquired knowledge. Students should understand the normal functioning of organisms and how their disturbances cause changes in the animal's life.

Objectives
Teaching methodologies and assessment
Theoretical: trough audiovisual media. Practical and theoretical-practical: in the laboratory or through audiovisual media. A - Theoretical component 50%: Through 2 exams (50% + 50%, questions such as: T/F, multiple choice, short answer and long-answer), with a minimum of 9.5 values. B - Practical component 50%: Evaluation of the capacity for technical achievement, with a minimum of 9.5 values and a minimum assistance of 2/3 of practical classes. Final exam evaluation: Students not obtaining approval by continuous evaluation may be evaluated through a final exam. It consists of 50% of the theoretical component + 50% of the practical component. Minimum grade of 9.5 values.
