    Know how to predict and indicate the consequences of the layout of the infrastructure in the architectural project throughout the building lifecycle, forcing the student and to establish in advance the most suitable layout as conditions of the project, among others and the proper location of the wetlands. Prepare the student for the coordination of the architectural project and the engineering requirements, in which the Architect is the coordinator of the specialty projects

    Provision in the architectural projects and in the architectural design of the layout of the cold and hot water networks as well as the evacuation of sewers, pipes, courettes, connections and more suitable locations of the sanitary blocks and kitchens, the rain drains, the network to fight against fires, water reservoirs and network connections. Calculation of ducts and which are the most suitable places for the fall and ventilation tubes, their passages, static ventilation and air intake for smoke removal, piping passages, etc.

    Quick calculation of water and sewage pipes and location of junction and floor boxes, meters, etc. Distribution network of electrical and telecommunications network, location of general and partial frames, distribution of split and centralized air conditioning . Suspended ceilings and cable paths. Influence of the layout on the internal organization of the floor organization charts and assessment of the support infrastructure.

    Students must know how to identify and programme the requirements needed for engineering equipments,  networks and their locations in an expeditious manner and be prepared for the coordination of the entire architectural project, of which he is the coordinator and responsible to the Law of all specialties. Knowing how to interfere in the Projects of the specialties with knowledge of the cause and discuss the respective traces with the expert authors. Prepare Measurements and Budgets about a project and know the meaning of simple and compound prices, direct and indirect labor costs.
