Class Constructive Systems V

  • Presentation

To understand the elements that make up a project, the anatomy of a construction and its connections, following the learning of the previous semester. Know the current construction processes and vernaculars; current placement on site and what materials to use in its various parts.

Know how to predict and indicate the consequences of the layout of the infrastructure in the architectural project, forcing the student and to establish in advance the most suitable layout as conditions of the project, among others and the proper location of the wetlands. Prepare the student for the coordination of the architectural project, in which the Architect is the coordinator of the specialty projects

Suspended ceilings and cable paths. Influence of the layout on the internal organization of the floor organization charts and assessment of the support infrastructure.

  • Objectives

Students must know how to calculate networks and their locations in an expeditious manner and be prepared for the coordination of the entire architectural project, of which he is the coordinator and responsible to the Law of all specialties. Knowing how to interfere in the Projects of the specialties with knowledge of the cause and discuss the respective traces with the expert authors. Prepare Measurements and Budgets about a project and know the meaning of simple and compound prices, direct and indirect labor costs.

  • Teaching methodologies and assessment

    Teaching methodologies and assessment

Theoretical and practical aspects very accentuated in the course of classes with the supervision of the Teacher - Theoretical explanation, schemes, drawings. Power Point and execution of regular works diversifying the form of the perception of Architecture through drawing with manual and expeditious representation for the development of creativity, training, artistic sensitivity and scale.

    - Scales 1: 50/1: 20/1: 1. Comparison of construction elements to scale and life size

Weighting in the final grade - individual works from zero to twenty ::

1 - executed in the classroom - Simple layout of infrastructures in a home

2 - executed in the classroom - Details of a sanitary installation in accordance with the norms and rules in force. (Work in coordination with the Digital Processes Unit)

    TOTAL - average

Notes: Attendance in this continuous assessment is mandatory for at least 75% of classes
