Evaluate and know how to predict and introduce in an Architectural Project the qualities necessary so that a Project and the options taken in it can be included in the durable concepts and have a good and sustainable performance
Know how to distinguish materials from each other and choose within the standards of economy, durability and easy conservation and replacement (eco-efficient or low impact)
Have the notion of energy savings with the application of the energy principles derived from passive conceptions foreseen in the RCCTE and applicable to Architecture, such as well-dimensioned natural lighting, direct winter gains, the correct application of heating and cooling needs and a isolation from the environment appropriate to sustainable principles.
Detect pathologies, energetic, light and acoustic and air quality Healthy and sustainable materials and certified

Teaching methodologies and assessment
Teaching methodologies and assessment
Theoretical and practical aspects very accentuated in the course of classes with the supervision of the Teacher - Theoretical explanation, schemes, drawings. Power Point and execution of regular works diversifying the form of the perception of Architecture through drawing with manual and expeditious representation for the development of creativity, training, artistic sensitivity and scale.
- Scales 1: 50/1: 20/1: 1. Comparison of construction elements at scale and in natural size - representation and comparison of the general with the particular. Graphical representation of the parts of a Project and construction elements.
Weighting in the final grade - individual works from zero to twenty:
1 - executed in the classroom
2 - executed in the classroom
TOTAL - arithmetic mean
Notes: Attendance in this continuous assessment is mandatory for at least 75% of classes
