Presentation
The approach in this curricular unit (CU) is oriented towards a first contact with the architectural project in its various components. It is intended to develop a set of exercises, of reduced complexity at the programmatic and territorial level, but already oriented towards the realization of a complete architectural project. From a look at the constructed reality, to the elaboration of a concept, to the critical development of solutions, and ending in the communication and final representation of the project.

Objectives
Objectives
It is intended that the student begins to understand the language of the discipline of architecture, its relationship with the built context, the different levels of design possibilities. A special orientation towards the design tools of architecture, research through the sketch, development through the design of plans, sections and elevations, morphological understanding through the construction of models. The student will also be guided to start developing a theoretical discourse that supports project choices.

Teaching methodologies and assessment
Teaching methodologies and assessment
The teaching methodology of PA II seeks to awaken in the student research methodologies for the elaboration of the Project Licensing, structured around three fundamental elements: the Program, the Site and the Materials. The study of these elements is done through three basic supports of representation: the set Bizarre / Geometry / Hand Drawing; the model of study; the Technical Drawing.
Questioning through these supports allows the student, individually accompanied by the teacher, to grade their objectives for the Previous Study, the Project Licencing according to the criteria of age analysis (paths study; tracing; scale, light, materials, constructive system, etc.) The course of Project II introduces in practice some general questions Theory of Space and Urban Design in a progressive way, theoretical classes, and oral. presentations. Continuous assessment is combined with phasing and final presentations to calculate the final grade.
