    2. Connections with nature: the biophilia hypothesis.
    3. Sources of stress, physiological responses and how to mitigate it.
    4. Sleep, circadian rhythms and regeneration.
    5. Neurotransmitters and their role in regulating stress and well-being.
    6. Interpersonal relationships and communication bases.

    Objectives

    • To know the biological bases of behavior, including the importance of connection with nature and the role of neurotransmitters.
    • To acquire strategies to promote well-being and performance, based on human biology.
    • To develop a personal development plan based on the biology of human behavior.
