- Connections with nature: the biophilia hypothesis.
- Sources of stress, physiological responses and how to mitigate it.
- Sleep, circadian rhythms and regeneration.
- Neurotransmitters and their role in regulating stress and well-being.
- Interpersonal relationships and communication bases.
