Presentation
At the beginning, notions of the various types of producers fundamental in the production of a cinematographic work will be conveyed as well as authorships and services, and their differences. The definition of different kinds of cinematographic production will also be explained. Some viewings of short films will be carried out so as the students may be aware of what a producer should be like. Students will be asked to deliver a practical exercise of a project presentation dossier in which the different stages of production of a work will be separately presented. Viewing of some examples of real project files will be also available, projects already finished at a professional level. This exercise will be based on the film project of each group that will be presented in the scope of other curricular areas so that the content covered by the exercise could be as realistic as possible. The contents of this exercise will range from the synopsis to the detailed budget and financial assembly.

Objectives
The goal of this project is to allow the students to develop a look over / production skills acquisition in terms of cinematographic production in a way that they would be fully capable of presenting their ¿ideas¿, perfectly structured, about what they may want to create in future. They should as well be aware of the various phases of the production of a cinematographic work, from the ¿idea¿ to its full completion: pre-production - production - completion.
