Syllabus
Introduction to registries and notaries;
Civil Registry: acts in general and in particular; hereditary succession and private processes;
Commercial Registration: principles; acts and procedures; resources;
Registration of Legal Entities: principles; certification of signatures and names;
Land Registry; Principles; acts and procedures; justification and rectification of records; challenge of decisions;
Registration of Movable Property: registration of vehicles, vessels and aircraft;
Notary: notarial acts and notary instruments in particular.

Objectives
Objectives
In-depth knowledge of the ordering of public registers, namely in the civil, commercial and land registers, in order to develop the skills necessary to identify the legal facts subject to registration and to promote the procedures corresponding to their realization, as well as in-depth knowledge of notarial function and the titling of legal facts.
Consequently, students must develop the skills required to register the facts subject to registration in each species and promote, by manual or electronic means, the corresponding registration acts.
