Entrance Conditions
The following may apply for the Master's Degree:
a) People who hold a B.A. or equivalent degree;
b) People who hold a foreign academic degree awarded after a 1st study cycle organized according to the Bologna Process by a member state of that process;
c) People who hold a foreign academic degree acknowledged as a degree satisfying the objectives of the graduate degree by the due body;
d) People who have a school, scientific or professional curriculum acknowledged by the due body of ULHT certifying the capacity to obtain this study cycle.

Objectives
Provide space Lusophony a Master innovative, involving the countries of the CPLP, sociological and economic perspective to study the phenomena of contemporary trilogy Work, Economy and Society. Provide management with organizations, companies and training institutions in appropriate scientific knowledge to support innovation and competitiveness and cooperation. This training will be supported by a line of inquiry and action under global contexts assume that multiculturalism, universalism and the multlateralidade, with commitments network of partners, such as the ILO and CPLP. Studying the models of organization, social structure and labor, including labor law compared. Shaping intelligence processes linked to competitiveness and economic cooperation in multiple fields. Providing players CPLP an exhibition and discussion of his specific proposals, seeking their development prospects in alternatives to large blocks.
Knowledge, abilities and skills to be acquired
a) Improving the knowledge levels of the broad realities of the CPLP countries;
b) Comprehending the phenomenology and complexity associated to a political, economic, social and cultural space in a process of international assertion;
c) Improving the level of knowledge of the causal relations between Labour, Economy and Society in an intercontinental area;
d) Learning contemporary sociological theories as work instruments in the main themes of this Masters;
e) Mastering the analysis tools and methodologies of the sociological variables towards a knowledge and intervention in the specific societies;
f) Learning about debate and restitution approaches that allow for the assertion of alternatives in the context of an ongoing complex globalization and of the announced"new world eras".
