ULusófona Short Films Distinguished at the Sophia Awards 2023

It was with great pride to receive the news that the short film "Vannette" produced at the end of the degree course in cinema won the maximum award at the Portuguese Academy of Cinema awards ceremony.

Congratulations to all students for this great moment of the University. Teacher Rui Martins was also awarded the Sophia for the best series for his work as a screenwriter in "Causa Própria". Our teacher Gonçalo Galvão Teles, despite a record number of nominations in various categories, was not awarded, but the record of the various nominations remains.
