Election of Organs general and collective bodies of the Lusófona University

Definitive list of the general bodies of Universidade Lusófona - University, Scientific and Pedagogical Councils

Dear Faculty, Students and Collaborators,

Following the process of integration of the Lusófona University of Porto into the Lusófona University of Humanities and Technologies, maintaining the recognition of the public interest of the latter and the adoption of the new name of the university - Universidade Lusófona, it is important to proceed with the election of the members of Organs general and collective bodies thereof.

Accordingly, the deadline for submitting applications, under the terms of the applicable Regulation, runs until February 16, 2023.

The constitution of these bodies and their full functioning are absolutely decisive in the assertion of our university, both nationally and internationally, more than enough reason to address the entire Portuguese-speaking community, teachers, students and employees, a very strong appeal, in order, first of all, to run as representatives of your peers to the University, Scientific and Pedagogical Councils of the university.

The election of these councils takes place on the 02nd and 03rd of March 2023, in the form of electronic voting and, also in this case, it is absolutely necessary that the massive participation of the entire Portuguese-speaking community takes place, so that everyone can feel duly represented in said bodies and in them can contribute to the fulfillment of the university's mission.

For all this, I reiterate my appeal and I address it to everyone without exception: apply as representatives and vote in the election of Organs general and collective bodies of the university.
