Conflict Management and Negotiation in Organizations in Cape Verde

With the main objective of strengthening scientific and technical cooperation between the School of Economic and Organizational Sciences (ECEO) of the Lusófona University - Lisbon University Center and the Lusófona University of Cape Verde, a lecture was held on January 10 focused on Conflict Management and Negotiation in Organizations in Cape Verde.

With the main speaker being Doctor Carlos Alberto Delgado, Rector of the Lusófona University of Cape Verde, the focus was on the analysis of the different conflicts that occurred in the country, in their aspects of violence and peace, as well as the help, identification and use of tools that can guide professionals in their work towards a more sustainable and lasting peace in their communities and for the economic and social development of the country.
