Victor Manuel Marques Candeias
Victor Candeias has been both a producer and a director for short films, documentaries and commercial videos since 1990.
Some of his films received awards, including the ¿D. Quijote¿ (International Federation of Film Societies) for the fiction short ¿Night Story¿.
He holds a Master in Film Studies concluded with the project MultiFilme and the thesis ¿A Model to Produce Multi-variant and Multi-linear Films¿ (2011) in the field research of experimental digital cinema.
Since 2002 he is a regular lecturer on documentary and fiction subjects at the film graduating course of Lusófona University, and also at the DocNomads - Erasmus Mundus Master in Documentary Film Directing (since 2012).
In 2003 the Lusófona University published his book ¿An Introduction to Documentary Scriptwriting¿.
