Syllabus
Models, processes and management systems. Tools and tools for creating companies. Recruitment, preparation and improvement of human resources. Analysis and financial management. Suitable indicators. Financial audits. Investment decisions. Commercial management, marketing and market research. Strategic management. Planning, analysis, piloting and control. Business internationalization.
Objectives
To learn the fundamental techniques of the creation, management and development of companies, in their essential aspects. Students will be provided with the texts and information they need to acquire the knowledge, skills and competences they should use in their professional lives.
