The objectives / skills to be developed are: The main objective of this class is to introduce students to the fundamental concepts related to the management of the organizations. This unit is a very useful starting point in the ongoing process of students learning about the management an conduct of the organizations.
Teaching methodologies and assessment
Lectures supported by a reference manual, with suplementar texts provided; - Case studies solving related to the programme contents. Continuous assessment: - 2 written test (100%).
