Performance and potential management is a key area of study for the management of organizations. Their strategic success and their competitive ability depend on it. It is an organizational process that involves several aspects; not only the people, their contribution to the organization, but also the organizational structure, technology, etc. Performance management, through performance standards and values resulting from the organization's strategy and values, encourages the improvement of employee processes, activities and results.

Objectives
Sensitize students to the importance of Performance and Potential Management as a tool for Organizational Management. Skills: Competency Management,
Empower students with the skills needed to design and implement a Performance and Potential Management system, taking into account personal development as well as improving organizational outcomes.
Teaching methodologies and assessment
Theoretical and practical classes are taught in which the theories are explained through association with experiences in companies. Theoretical expositions, the discussion of obligatory readings aim to stimulate critical thinking. Research work in the area that will be presented and discussed in one of the last sessions, where the student should demonstrate all the knowledge acquired throughout the semester. The evaluation through a final exam. In both cases, the student must have a grade equal to or greater than ten. The performance evaluation comprises: the presence of students in at least 75% of classes and active participation in them, which will be rated with 20%. 50% set aside for continuous evaluation.
