Objectives
Specifically, it is intended that students:
Get a solid understanding of the different types of factors that contribute to the structuring and development of personality;
Develop critical analysis skills about the main theoretical models of personality psychology, contextualizing them historically and being able to describe and contrast them;
Acquire an up-to-date integrative perspective that addresses the full complexity of personality;
Recognize and contextualize the role of personality in different fields of action and in relation to other psychological and social variables.
Teaching methodologies and assessment
The curricular unit involves teaching methodologies of expository, interrogative and active nature. The exposition of the syllabus is accompanied by questions that aim to stimulate content integration and reflection. The time of appeal consists of a written examination with a weighting of 100% in the final grade, which will focus on all theoretical and practical content. As a final grade, the student must obtain a minimum
Continuous assessment consists of:
- A written test (60%);
- A component of laboratory practice (40%) that focuses on the preparation, in groups of 2 to 3 elements (belonging to the same shift), of an experimental report with a written component and oral discussion (weighting 20% and 20% in the final grade). The written work will have a single grade for each group, the oral discussion will have an individual grade.
Attendance at classes is required.
