    Presentation

It is intended with this UC, that the student will learn: the elements that make up a project, the anatomy of a construction and its connections, following the learning of the previous semester; Know the current construction processes and vernaculars; current placement on site and what materials to use in its various elements, according to the intended objectives. Trinomium: efficiency; beauty and durability; understanding the consequences of constructive options in architectural design. Types of building structures in the various masonry and materials. The importance of representation in construction details and its coherence with the Architectural object; the Expressiveness and communication of the execution Project

  • Objectives

    Objectives

Students will have sufficient knowledge of the various materials to start conducting their studies and design concepts and have a sense of what they should use where they are used and how they are used and to understand what architecture is. They will know the combination of basic legislation with creativity and that architecture is not just design and form, but a set of disciplines, means and also rules for successfully completing a program. The advantage of the outline and the intermediate phases before the final project and the representation of the construction details and its coherence with the Architectural object, as well as the importance of the expressiveness and communication of the execution project
