    The Criminal Procedural Law II course integrates the study of the criminal procedural dynamics, of the march or processing of the process, in its different forms, including the regime of criminal appeals. The course will be carried out through two types of classes: theoretical and practical classes. The so-called theoretical classes will consist, essentially, of theoretical expositions of the subjects included in the discipline program. In addition, classes entitled practices materialized in the analysis and resolution by you and the students Students of practical cases, fictional or real, in the examination and critical consideration of jurisprudential decisions, in the elaboration and critical study of procedural documents, as well as in the holding of debates on burning or problematic issues related to the subject matter. It is planned to hold a total of 15 theoretical classes (two hours each) and 15 practical classes (also lasting two hours per class).
