(Curriculum vitae em atualização) Andreia Geraldo concluiu o(a) Mestrado em Mestrado Integrado em Psicologia em 2014 pela Universidade do Porto (Faculdade de Psicologia e de Ciências da Educação). É Neuropsicóloga, e investigadora candidata ao grau de Doutor pelo Laboratório de Neuropsicofisiologia, Faculdade de Psicologia e de Ciências da Educação, Universidade do Porto. Recebeu três bolsas de investigação e um prémio de melhor comunicação oral. Especialista em Psicologia Clínica e da Saúde pela Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses, integra a Sociedade Portuguesa de Neuropsicologia enquanto membro aderente. Integrou a Ação COST 16207 sobre a utilização problemática da internet, e é membro da Problematic Use of the Internet Early Career Researchers Network. Autora de artigos e capítulos de livro científicos na área das neurociências cognitivas e afetivas, com interesse na área das novas tecnologias digitais ao serviço da (neuro)psicologia e de processos cognitivos subjacentes às adições comportamentais (jogo problemático e patológico e utilização excessiva da internet/redes sociais. (curriculum vitae currently being updated) Andreia Geraldo has a master degree in Psychology by the University of Porto since 2014 (Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences). She is a neuropsychologist and a PhD candidate in the Laboratory of Neuropsychophysiology of the same institution. Has received three research grants and an award of best oral communication. Specialist in Clinical and Health Psychology by the Portuguese Psychologists Association, and a member of the Portuguese Society of Neuropsychology. Integrated the COST Action 16207 about the problematic usage of the internet (PUI) and is a member of the PUI Early Career Researchers Network. Authored papers and book chapters in the cognitive and affective neurosciences field, with her current interests being the use of new digital technologies in (neuro)psychological services and the cognitive processes underlying behavioral addictions (problematic and pathological gambling and gaming, and excessive use of the internet and social networks).
