Mathematics II belongs to the mandatory group of curricular units of the study cycle and seeks to provide students with fundamental knowledge of Mathematics, complementary to that given by the previous curricular unit Mathematics I to work in the first semester. Introduce fundamental concepts and practices of mathematical calculation and analysis that enable the student to: Introduce fundamental concepts and practices of calculation and mathematical analysis that enable the student to: Master differential calculus in Rn Master the concepts of primitives and know how to perform the integration of real functions of real variables by immediate primitive, by substitution or by parts. Master the concept and know how to calculate a definite integral and interpret its result geometrically. Know how to perform typical definite integral applications. Know how to analyze series.
