    Objectives

    • Familiarize students with the mathematical formulation of problems and their methods of resolution by Operations Research
    • Present the main techniques of Operations Research used to solve problems in the Management area
    • Promote the use of software in order to solve problems
  • Teaching methodologies and assessment

    Teaching methodologies and assessment

    Students should know how to apply the content taught in class by preparing an essay, in which a real optimization problem must be solved. The use of suitable software is mandatory. Work groups are set up and each one of them must hand in a report on the work carried out and proceed with its presentation.
