Objectives
Objectives
Learning Objectives (LO):
LO1: Frame professional training and development as a key tool for strategic human resources management;
LO2: Understand the process of analyzing roles and competency models to integrate this knowledge into the vocational training cycle;
LO3: Recognize and know how to apply the different procedures of the stages of the training cycle: diagnosis, learning and knowledge transfer, programming, budgeting, implementation and evaluation of formal vocational training actions;
LO4: Understand vocational training paradigms, integrating them into the strategic context of training in organizations, with an emphasis on technology-based methods and techniques;
LO5: Carry out a practical project (Vocational Training Dossier) for diagnosing training needs in a specific sector of activity, presenting intervention proposals with their respective planning, implementation and evaluation and control mechanisms.
