The curricular unit Organizational Behavior Structures and Processes has as its theoretical and applied objective the explanatory models of Organizational Behavior, with a special focus on:
- Understand the importance and evolution of explanatory models of conflict and negotiation behaviors
- Understand and apply the organizational methods used by organizations to deal with conflicts
- Define and deepen the main concepts of politics, power and negotiation
- Identify and characterize the different types of organizational structure
- To clarify the concept of organizational culture and to distinguish it from organizational climate, as well as to clarify how these are articulated with it.

The curricular unit - Organizational Behavior Structures and Processes - aims to theoretically master and know how to use the explanatory models of conflict, negotiation and power behavior, as well as the structural factors and the individual, group and organizational processes that condition them; Identify the main concepts inherent to these same phenomena in professional contexts.

Teaching methodologies and assessment
Teaching methodologies and assessment
In this CU, innovative practice involves diagnosing and characterizing an organization's strategy. Students are encouraged to identify an organization as well as characterize its structure, culture and climate. Students will also be encouraged to reflect and establish connections between the results of their diagnosis and aspects of the remaining subjects taught in COEP and COIG.
