    Understand the strategic importance of a compensation and benefits system for achieving organizational objectives; Introduction and understanding of existing compensation systems; Discussion of the theoretical evolution in the area of compensation and benefits; Identification of the relationship between the objectives of the compensation system and the business strategy; Development of skills to manage the compensation system; Understanding the role of the compensation system in attracting, motivating and retaining highly skilled national and international workforce; Acquisition of knowledge about the processes of evaluation and recognition of the various groups of collaborators.
