Objectives
Objectives
It is intended to enable students to understand the organization of the human body by studying its histological constitution and understanding the distribution of its institutions in a systemic concept. It is also intended to enable them to observe, describe, and correctly use the anatomical nomenclature, always in a functional perspective.
Upon completion of the course the student shall be able to:
- describe the structure (gross and histology) and functions of various organs of the human body
- identify the various tissues and organs of the different systems of the human body
- appreciate basic coordinated working pattern of different organs of each system
