As a result, each student will be provided with the privileged opportunity to carry out active learning, through the creation of a research project and subsequent publication of an article in a scientific journal.

Objectives
Objectives
The curricular unit of Project II has as objective:
- The practical application of the knowledge acquired in the curricular unit of Project I, aiming at the development of research work in the area of Nutrition Sciences.
- Prepare a research paper.
- Training the student in the elaboration of studies in the area of Nutrition Sciences, according to a rigorous methodology and precise rules of discipline and conduct to follow in the analysis of well-defined questions in the reference area.
- Understand and apply the principles of scientific research methodology and the techniques that compose it.
