Presentation
Events are a very effective way to promote a brand, whether it's a company or a tourist destination. In recent decades, events and entertainment activities promoted in tourist destinations have become powerful tools for consolidating the destination's brand in the minds of consumers, who in the case of tourism take on the role of visitors.
Good event organisation and efficient management of all the phases and resources involved are therefore fundamental to their success.
The objective of the Event Planning and Organisation course is to provide students with the fundamental knowledge and skills to plan and organise events, with particular emphasis on the tourism context.
