•Understand the importance of individuals and groups in social and organizational dynamics and vice versa.
•Apply concepts for the analysis of organizational behavior.
• Realize the importance of internal actors and social agents for organizational strategies.
•Understanding and reflection on ethical concepts that affect an organization, organizational processes, micro and macro organizational behavior.
•Applying theoretical and practical organizational concepts and models.
• Realize the importance of organizations for society.

Teaching methodologies and assessment
Methodology of mental models - develops and refines decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Interrogative method- refines the skills of creativity, dialogue and relexion. Virtual reality method- develops confidence and skills in simulation situation. Experience-based learning, group dynamics methodology.
