- Phases of process development;
- Project phases: objectives, objects, actors, responsibilities;
- Standards, Methods and Protocols. Collaborative work strategies. Interoperability;
- Project creation. Graphic data and non-graphic data. Preparation of specifications;
- General rules of organization and presentation of a project;
- Project management and coordination;
- The importance of the project for the quality of the work. The life cycle of buildings;
- Standardization and Interoperability in BIM. The need for a common language (Common Data Environment)
- BIM Implementation - Methods and Associated Technologies;
- BIM Models - Dimensioning, Scales and levels of detail / development (LOD)
- BIM in Facility Management - BIM uses - Case studies. COBie

Objectives
Objectives
UC aims to provide students with knowledge in the following areas:
- National and international legislation applicable to project design and management;
- Stages of the elaboration of a project, its contents and forms, main actors and its attributions;
- Information and classification systems to be used in the organization and management of the project process;
- The BIM environment - Construction Digitization: elaborate, organize and manage the project and management process of all information related to the enterprise.
- Knowledge and interpretation of design elements from different specialties, following not only current practice, but also innovative methodologies such as BIM and the associated parametric processes.
