    Presentation

This Curricular Unit develops two major lines of approach: Initially, awareness of the study of Law and its importance in forensic psychology, which includes an approach to the main notions of introduction to the study of Law and judicial organization, necessary for interpreters and enforcers of Law, as is the case of expert (forensic) technicians. The following approach focuses on knowledge of the domestic legal system on various topics, among which we highlight civil law and civil procedure, family, child and youth law, labor law, criminal law and criminal procedure, with a focus on procedural actors.
