Presentation
The curricular unit of digital processes II has the main purpose of creating a platform that explores the creative architectural process in its digital component. Despite its strong software component, the transition between analogue methods (models, sketches and diagrams) and the structural logic of computer graphics associated with three-dimensional modeling will also be addressed. The relevance of integrating digital manufacturing processes and tools will be highlighted, giving emphasis to the methods CAD-CAE-CAM (computer aided design, computer aided engineering and computer aided manufacture).

Objectives
Objectives
The objective of the curricular unit is essentially to provide students with three-dimensional modeling techniques and processes in the conception of their creative ideas. The role of digital integration of digital tools and processes, namely CAD-CAE-CAM integration, should be reinforced. The software should be interpreted as a tool capable of assisting the creative process and materializing the architectural form. The potential of these new processes in the domain of space, scale and light will also be mentioned.
