- In this global world, of great mobility and internationalization of companies, it is necessary to know how
to deal, within the scope of organizational culture, with the aspect of interculturality. This area, like many
others (ethics, environment, stakeholders, etc.), is part of the sustainability of organizations.
- At the end of this UC, students should know and apply the concepts of this area of ¿¿Human
Resources Management and its weight in Social Responsibility Management and its impact on
organizational sustainability.

- Understand and use the concepts and theories inherent to Intercultural Knowledge Management and
Globalization.
- Students are asked to prepare practical assignments to learn about this topic in companies.

Classes will preferably be online/e-learning, via Moodle/Videoconference/ZOOM, in accordance with the rules in force at the ULHT.
Expository classes of participation and intervention.
- Presentation of practical cases based on established standards
- Continuous evaluation:
- Attendance is mandatory and active participation is valued.
- In addition to small works, students must present, at the beginning of classes, based on the theme given by the teacher, the Project (with methodological structure and schedule).
This work will have, by the teacher, permanent monitoring until its completion and oral presentation and discussion of the same.
