The UC proposes an interpretation grid of the current framework of international logistics organization and distribution, as well as its underlying dynamics and trends, highlighting the challenges associated with digital transformation (logistics 4.0) and sustainability, as well as global supply chains. The role of logistics platforms in international trade and logistics is also highlighted, as well as the regulatory framework, trans-European networks and infrastructures, modes of transport and the different logistics systems and nodes.

Objectives
- Provide a reading grid and understanding of the main aspects of international logistics;
- Understand the requirements of international logistics in light of global value chains (CVG) and the ongoing changes associated with digital and sustainability;
- Understand the importance of international logistics in the internationalization of companies and economies;
- Understand the importance of logistics in strengthening international connectivity and access to markets.
- Know the formalities, instruments and nomenclatures of logistics associated with international trade.
- Properly use the main concepts and procedures relating to the organization and distribution of logistics in the European and international context;
- Know the formalities, nomenclatures and international payments associated with the organization and international logistics distribution

-Theoretical-practical classes, raising relevant questions for discussion, as well as case analysis and tutorial follow-up
- Classes take place online/e-learning, via Moodle/Videoconferencing/ZOOM, in accordance with the rules in force at ULHT.
Assessment methodologies:
Individual work (production and oral presentation), with assiduity and participation being also valued
