Presentation
Diversity can define the beauty of a nation. The acceptance of differences in organizations and jobs, regardless of the area of ¿¿activity, in schools, in academia... tend to shape their policies towards diversity, pluralism and, necessarily, inclusion. Ethnic differences, different skin colors, cultural differences, gender differences or gender choices, require a change of culture, which must start from an early age, from pre-school.
