22.03.24 - 12h50Ensino Lusófona launches the 5th edition of "Fazer+: Science and Innovation Support Program", whose objective is to support and reward activities and projects that strengthen the capacity for research and innovation in Lusóphone Education establishments.
This Program consists of a competition and three prizes and applications are open until May 31, 2024.
All applications must be formalized by May 31, 2024, to the email addresses indicated below.
“Excellence in Research” Competition
The competition is intended to finance innovative projects and preferably with a strong interdisciplinary component in any area of knowledge that could result in larger-scale projects to be submitted for financing from other entities.

“Best Innovative Pedagogical Practice” Award
The competition is intended to reward the integration into the curricular contents and activities of units of any level of training, of innovative processes that encourage experimentation, group work and transversal work, based on a mixed teaching and learning system in person and distance learning, in order to encourage self-learning and work in an inclusive way.
Fund available:
€5,000 (five thousand euros) if the application was made individually;
€8,000 (eight thousand euros) if the application was made in a group.

Declaration of Application Process Descriptive Document Roadmap
“Good Research Practices in Teaching” Award
The competition is intended to reward the best integration processes of R&D practices) into the contents of curricular units [UC] that promote the integration of students in (R&D) activities, preferably in the initial study cycles.

Scientific Publications Award Lusófona University
This award aims to reward the researcher with the most original publications in journals indexed in SCOPUS, Q1, in 2023.

This regulation is governed in conjunction with the following regulations:
- Service Order No. 117/2018 - Internal Institutional Procedures for Submitting Applications for Financing;
