    Teaching methodologies and assessment

The innovative methodologies to support the teaching-learning process will include:
Problem-Based Learning which involves presenting students with complex problems that require them to apply management operations concepts and principles to solve them. Students work in groups to analyze the problem, develop solutions, and present their findings to the class (during the II Annual Conference of Operations in Motion - Lusófona University),

Flipped Classroom based on learning the basic concepts of management operations outside of class through field trips. Class time is then used for hands-on activities, group work, and problem-solving,

and Gamification which involves incorporating game elements into the learning process to make it more engaging and interactive. During the semester, students can earn points or badges for completing assignments or participating in class activities.
