This course aims to develop the competences theme in an organizational context and to understand the problem of acquiring skills from a systemic organizational perspective. It is also intended that students learn how to assess competences and their connection to the HRM system: technical strategies and instruments, as well as to analyse integrated skills assessment policies and the understanding of their importance for HRM.

Teaching methodologies and assessment
Teaching methodologies and assessment
The methodologies used in the teaching-learning process are:
- Interactive expository method - with questions and situations to promote students' critical thinking
- Problem-based learning
- Project-based learning - The group work has a part that is developed in class with the tutoring of the teacher, consisting of the creation and definition of competences based on a real company (whenever possible). The aim is to stimulate the student's search for the company, as well as the contact to collect information.
