It aims to provide motivated and highly capable students with hands-on, innovative practical training within the national and European context. The education is of high quality, grounded in evidence, and focused on acquiring skills for resolving complex situations in real work settings. The offering of this Master's program in both workday and after-work hours, with a hybrid structure of online and in-person classes, allows students to better balance their academic and active lives.     Candidates eligible for the study program are: Holders of an Integrated Master's Degree in Veterinary Medicine; Holders of a Pre-Bologna degree in Veterinary Medicine or a legal equivalent awarded by national higher education institutions in the field of Veterinary Medicine; Holders of a foreign higher academic degree in Veterinary Medicine according to the Bologna Process or a legal equivalent; Holders of a foreign higher academic degree, which is recognized by the Scientific Council as meeting the objectives of the Integrated Master's degree in the field of Veterinary Medicine or the Pre-Bologna Degree in Veterinary Medicine.

    1- Identify the main trends and challenges in the evolution of this field and their implications for the future of the profession. 2- Acquire knowledge enabling the development of skills in innovative techniques. 3- Develop and refine the technique for executing and interpreting imaging examinations to formulate appropriate diagnoses. 4- Acquire knowledge allowing proper tracking of cases throughout clinical investigation. 5- Foster critical thinking.

    Objectives

    1- Acquiring innovative "State of the Art" knowledge, based on Systematic Literature Review and evidence-based medicine, with a strong practical component. 2- Gaining cutting-edge knowledge, skills, and abilities in the field, in order to select and perform the most suitable and up-to-date imaging examinations for diagnostic purposes, promoting the best evidence in specialized practice in this area. 3- Enhancing the excellence of Clinical Imaging practice in Companion Animals.

    • Offering a 2nd cycle program - Professional Master's degree - with a 1.5-year curriculum designed for the continuous training of Veterinarians. Offered in a format of both in-person and online classes, available during workday and after-work hours, allowing for the harmonization of academic and active professional life.
