Objectives
Describe the main principles underpinning OSH legislation, at ILO, EU and national level;
Identify the importance of the Framework Directive as the epicentre of community policy and the main Special Directives;
Characterize the State's obligations under the National Risk Prevention System;
Describe the risk prevention system in the company, listing the main obligations of employers;
Know the different ways of organizing OSH services
Identify the general legislation and the sectorial legislation arising from the basic normative structure, as well as the most relevant related legislation
Know the legal regime of reparation for accidents and occupational diseases;
