Legal obligations bind employers to a wide range of obligations which, to be effective, will depend on the organizational structure of the company and, inherently, on how the internal system meets the needs arising from service activities. This course addresses how the SST management system is structured and the requirements necessary for its effectiveness, embodied in the elimination or reduction of occupational accidents and diseases.
