Requirement Elicitation Process

Most clients with IT needs lack the technological knowledge to fully deliver a detailed specification for developers to implement, this leads to assumptions at implementation level, scope creep and delivery of a solution that doesn't match client expectations. In this talk I will discuss about the gap between IT capabilities and business needs, and strategies to make sure the solution matches client requirements and expectations.
