Resume

Invited Assistant Professor and Researcher at Faculty of veterinary Medicine, Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias (FMV-ULHT) and Head of Microbiology Laboratory of the Teaching Hospital -FMV (November 2020 to data). Researcher at Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Animal Health (CIISA) - Faculty of veterinary Medicine - University of Lisbon. Her researcher interests focus on several aspects of antimicrobial resistance (AMR)/ biocide resistance in a One Health context, namely the epidemiology of MDRpatogenic bacteria of clinical relevance in human and veterinary medicine, the contribuition of gut microbiome and therapeutic approaches. PhD in Veterinary Science/ Biological and Biomedical sciences (2016-2021) from Faculty of Veterinary Medicine - University of Lisbon, MSc in Food safety (2010-2012) from Faculty of Veterinary Medicine – Technical University of Lisbon and Graduated in Biotechnological Engennier (1997-2004) from Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias (ULHT).
