Resume

Assistant Professor at Universidade Lusófona do Porto & Invited Professor at the University of Minho with habilitation. PhD & Masters in Political and Social Sciences, Catholic University of Louvain. Expert in China's Belt and Road Initiative, on China, World Politics, and specifically Central Asia, where he carried out on-the-ground doctoral research with a scholarship awarded from Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation.
